ALPHA SPECTRUM / END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement helps you understand what you can (and cannot) do with Alpha Spectrum.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this Software Product. Your use, distribution, or installation of this copy of Alpha Spectrum indicates your acceptance of this License.
“Software Product” refers to the software, image files, accompanying files, data, and materials received with your order of Alpha Spectrum.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute, or use the Software Product.
Warranty: The warranty covers defects in the software that prevent successful installation on a properly configured and compatible device. However, it does not cover the software’s fitness for any particular purpose, nor does it cover unmet expectations of the user.
This Software Product is for personal use only. Its components may not be separated or used independently. The Software Product may only be accessed or used through a network after obtaining a valid license from an authorized distributor. All components accompanying the software are copyrighted by Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games), except for third-party assets, which are used under commercial licenses. These third-party assets, purchased from various online marketplaces, may not be separated, modified, redistributed, or used outside the Software Product except as permitted by their respective licenses. The Software Product may not be distributed or copied in any manner.
This Software Product, all accompanying files, data, and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user assumes all risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.
Any liability of Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games) will be limited exclusively to the refund of the purchase price, in accordance with the terms set forth by the authorized distributor. In no event shall Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games), or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or other damages relating to the use of the Software Product.
In no event does Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games) authorize you to use this Software Product in applications or systems where the Software Product’s failure can reasonably be expected to result in physical injury or loss of life. Any such use is at your own risk, and you agree to hold Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games) harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
This Agreement constitutes the entire statement between the parties and supersedes all other understandings, purchase orders, agreements, and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hungary.
Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games) owns the copyright of this Software Product, all its derivatives, titles, and accompanying materials. All rights not expressly granted in this License are reserved by Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games). You may not rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this Software Product. You may not make access to the Software Product available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business.
You may not disclose to others any proprietary information, methodologies, or data related to this Software Product, which are considered trade secrets of Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games), in any manner that could cause harm to Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games).
This Software Product and all services provided may only be used for lawful purposes.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any country, state, or city law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret or other statute. You agree to indemnify and hold Adam Ferenczi (InspiRational Games) harmless from any claims resulting from the use of this Software Product that may damage another party.
