End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Dark Ocean Games Studios ("Developer") regarding the use of the digital game software, which includes computer software and associated media ("Game"). By installing, downloading, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license is granted solely for your own individual use and enjoyment of the Game.
Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Game or any part thereof to any third party. You may not use the Game for any commercial purpose or exploit the Game or its content in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Game, including all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game to you.
Digital Distribution
The Game will be available in digital form only. No physical copies of the Game will be distributed or provided at the moment.
No Multiplayer
The Game is a single-player experience only and does not include any multiplayer features or capabilities.
Updates and Patches
The Developer may release updates, patches, or additional content for the Game. Such updates and patches may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device, subject to your device's settings.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is," and any applicable warranty is governed by the terms and conditions set forth by Steam.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and communications, whether oral or written.
