End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using Space Bross (“Game”), developed by Lavega Games (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game, except as expressly permitted.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes (including but not limited to streaming for monetization) without prior written consent.
Use cheats, bots, automation software, or unauthorized third-party software that modifies the Game experience.
Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all content, code, art, music, and design) remain the property of Lavega Games.
4. Updates and Patches
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These are subject to the terms of this Agreement. We may also modify or discontinue features without notice.
5. User Content
If the Game allows you to create or submit content (such as mods, screenshots, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content for promotional or development purposes.
You agree not to upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavega Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
