This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and No Deadlines ("Licensor," "we," "our," or "us"), the developer of the software product "Gear Up Einstein" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, download, and use the Game on a personal computer or gaming console, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Ownership

The Game and all rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, are owned by Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
