Ratata Arts Inc. and Game Source Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establish the following terms of service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) for the use of online features in Ratatan (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”). All users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) who play the Game’s online features are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the online features.

These Terms apply to the Game’s online features, including but not limited to multiplayer mode, cooperative play, online rankings, and other related features.

1. To use the Game’s online features, Users are responsible for preparing an internet connection and a compatible platform (such as PC, PlayStation 4/5, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox Series X|S).
2. If a minor uses the online features, parental or guardian consent is required. The Company may, at its discretion, verify a minor’s registration details with a parent or guardian, and reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to online features if parental consent is not obtained.

Users agree not to engage in the following actions when using the online features:

1. Defamation, harassment, threats, or any actions causing discomfort to other Users.
2. Actions that compromise the fairness of the Game, such as cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized tools.
3. Actions that place excessive load on the Game’s servers or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
4. Providing false information or impersonating others.
5. Allowing others to use User information (account, ID, password, username, etc.)
6. Commercial use, advertising, solicitation, or spamming.
7. Actions that infringe upon copyright, privacy, or other rights of the Company or third parties.
8. Any actions involving the transfer, acquisition, lending, borrowing, delegation of Game data in exchange for any form of compensation other than data within this Service (including money, goods, other proprietary benefits, or currency, characters, items, points, data, or information from services other than this Service; the same applies hereinafter), whether directly, through third-party intermediaries, via internet auctions, or by any other means (including, but not limited to, so-called RMT [Real Money Trading]).
9. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals.
10. Any other actions that violate these Terms or that the Company deems inappropriate.

1. Online features provide a rhythm-based roguelike action game experience including cooperative multiplayer for up to four players. The content of these features may be changed, added to, or discontinued without prior notice at the Company’s discretion.
2. Users acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee the stability or reliability of online features, and that these features may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance or technical issues.

1. Information such as username, play data, and communication logs may be collected when using online features. This information will be properly managed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
2. Users must not collect, publish, or use other Users’ personal information for purposes outside the scope of the Game.

• All rights to information, copyrights, and other intellectual property contained in the Game belong to the Company or third parties from whom the Company has obtained permission for use.
• All information contained in the Game is non-exclusively licensed from the Company to Users for private and non-commercial use within the Game in accordance with these Terms, and may not be used for any other purpose.

1. The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate the use of online features without prior notice if a User violates these Terms or if the Company deems the User’s behavior inappropriate.
2. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate online features due to operational reasons. In such cases, the Company will provide advance notice when possible but assumes no obligation for compensation.

1. Use of online features is at the User’s own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from disputes with other Users or caused by network conditions.
2. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by interruptions, delays, bugs, or other malfunctions of online features unless caused by willful or gross negligence.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to player data, in whole or in part, caused by User or third-party actions, natural disasters, fire, power outages, communication equipment failures, cyber attacks, or other causes beyond the Company’s control. Should the Company cause any loss of player data, in whole or in part, based on reasonable judgment, the Company shall not be liable except in cases where the Company is directly at fault.

1. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms as necessary. When revising these Terms, the Company will publish the content of the revised Terms and the date of change within the Game or on the official website.
2. If a User uses online features after a revision, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.

By playing the online features of the Game, Users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the online features.
