Thank you for choosing MemoryMaze. By installing, accessing, or using this game, you agree to the following End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use MemoryMaze.

HMW.games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MemoryMaze for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of this EULA. Any commercial use or modification of the game without prior authorization from HMW.games is strictly prohibited.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or reproduce the game except as explicitly permitted by HMW.games.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on MemoryMaze.
Use MemoryMaze for illegal purposes or in a manner inconsistent with this EULA.

HMW.games retains all rights, title, and interest in MemoryMaze and all associated intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you ownership rights to the game, but only a limited license to use it as outlined herein.

4. USER CONTENT AND ONLINE SCOREBOARD
MemoryMaze includes online features such as a scoreboard, where information including player identifiers, play results, time spent on levels, and collectibles collected may be stored. HMW.games reserves the right to use this data for diagnostics, statistics, and gameplay optimization purposes. By using MemoryMaze, you consent to this data processing and storage.

HMW.games respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). MemoryMaze may collect and store:

• Unique player identifiers
  
• Play results, including time spent per level and collectibles collected
  
• Diagnostic and statistical information related to gameplay

HMW.games uses collected data for the following purposes:

• Maintaining the online scoreboard
  
• Diagnosing issues and optimizing gameplay experience
  
• Analyzing statistics for game improvement

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, review, and request deletion of your data. Players may generate a secure link unique to each individual from within the game, which provides access to all stored personal information.

HMW.games takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Collected data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this EULA and will be deleted upon request by the player or after extended inactivity.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of MemoryMaze.

MemoryMaze is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. HMW.games does not warrant that the game will be error-free or operate uninterrupted. HMW.games disclaims all liability for any damages or loss of data that may arise from your use of MemoryMaze.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMW.games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use MemoryMaze.

This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of Moldova. All disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Moldova.
