End User License Agreement (EULA) for "Boundless Lust" Visual Novel Game
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Farix ("Developer") for the use of the "Boundless Lust" visual novel game ("Game").
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Developer grants User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is revocable at any time without notice and does not grant any ownership rights to the Game.
2. Restrictions
User shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
b. Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Game or any part thereof.
c. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Game.
3. Ownership
The Game and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. User may terminate this EULA at any time by ceasing to use the Game and deleting all copies thereof. Developer may terminate this EULA immediately upon User's breach of any term herein. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies thereof.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY USER FOR THE GAME.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between User and Developer regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
