End User License Agreement (EULA) for Roll 'n Watch

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Demon Logic Studio ("Publisher," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the game Roll 'n Watch ("Software" or "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
1.1 Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Demon Logic Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device.
2. Restrictions
2.1 You may not resell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
2.2 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
2.3 You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trademark notices) of Demon Logic Studio or its licensors from any part of the Software.
3. Modding
3.1 You are permitted to create and use modifications ("Mods") of the Software, provided that such Mods do not violate the terms of this Agreement.
3.2 You may not distribute Mods that contain the Software or any part thereof.
3.3 Mods may not be used to resell the Software or any part of it in any form.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Demon Logic Studio and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
5. Termination
5.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Demon Logic Studio if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
5.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 The Software is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Demon Logic Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Demon Logic Studio or its licensors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software, third-party software, and/or third-party hardware used with the Software, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Agreement), even if Demon Logic Studio or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Demon Logic Studio regarding your use of the Software and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Software.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
