This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Voltrig - Arkadiusz Kalinowski – a sole proprietorship conducting business in Poland ("Voltrig" "we" or "us"), for the video‑game software product you have obtained in digital form (the "Game"), including any associated media, printed materials, online or electronic documentation, updates and patches.

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game and delete any copies in your possession.

1. "Device" means a hardware system (whether personal computer, console, or mobile device) that you own or control.
2. "Services" means any online features, content, or services provided by Voltrig or its partners in connection with the Game.
3. "Platform" means the digital storefront, launcher, or distribution channel (such as Steam®, GOG.com, Epic Games Store, itch.io, or console and mobile marketplaces) through which you legally acquired the Game.
4. "Platform Terms" means the terms of service, subscriber agreement, end‑user agreement, or other contractual conditions imposed by the Platform.
5. "Household" means you together with family members who permanently reside at the same address.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the applicable Platform Terms, Voltrig grants you a worldwide, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, revocable, limited license to:

• Install & play on any Device. Download, install, and run the Game on an unlimited number of Devices that you own or control;
• Family sharing. Permit members of your Household to access and play the Game via any official family‑sharing feature supported by the Platform;
• Modding & Reverse‑Engineering. Create, publish, and (if you wish) monetise user‑generated modifications, total conversions,
• plug‑ins, or other derivative works of the Game (collectively "Mods"),
• and perform any reverse‑engineering or decompilation strictly necessary for that purpose, provided that:
• each Mod is distributed separately from the unmodified Game and requires users to own a legitimate copy of the Game;
• the Mod does not include the Game or any substantial unmodified portion of it;
• the Mod does not provide cheats, hacks, or other unfair competitive advantages and does not disrupt multiplayer or online functionality; and
• your Mod complies with applicable law, Platform Terms, and third‑party rights.

You may not and agree not to:

1. sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies thereof (other than through official resale or gifting features provided by the Platform);
2. reverse‑engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game except as necessary to create or enable Mods as permitted under Section 2, and only provided that such activities:
3. do not interfere with or disrupt multiplayer or online functionalities of the Game;
4. do not provide cheats, hacks, or other unfair competitive advantages; and
5. comply with applicable law, Platform Terms, and third‑party rights;
6. include the Game or any substantial unmodified portion of it within a Mod, or distribute a Mod in a manner that allows use of the Game without a legitimate, separately‑acquired copy;
7. remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on or in the Game;
8. use the Game in any manner that violates Platform Terms, applicable law, or third‑party rights.

The Game (including all content, text, graphics, music, and code) is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual‑property rights in and to the Game are and shall remain the property of Voltrig and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Game except for the limited license expressly set forth herein.
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share UGC:* You retain any intellectual‑property rights you may have in your UGC.* You grant Voltrig a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your UGC in connection with the Game and its marketing.* You represent and warrant that your UGC does not infringe third‑party rights, violate law, or contain illegal or offensive material.
Voltrig may provide patches, updates, or upgrades that must be installed for continued use of the Game. You consent to Voltrig automatically installing and applying these without further notice. Voltrig reserves the right to modify or discontinue Online Features at any time.
The Game may be distributed through one or more Platforms. Your use of any Platform is governed by the Platform Terms and privacy policy of the respective provider. Voltrig is not responsible for the Platform, for third‑party content, or for any services provided by third parties. Data collected by third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your use of the Game may involve the collection and processing of certain personal data. Voltrig’s practices are described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://voltrig.com/PrivacyPolicy. By using the Game, you consent to these practices.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOLTRIG AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. VOLTRIG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOLTRIG, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF VOLTRIG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. VOLTRIG’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voltrig, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)arising from your breach of this Agreement or improper use of the Game.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game and all associated files. Voltrig may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You may not export or re‑export the Game to any embargoed countries or prohibited parties under Polish, EU, or U.S. export regulations.

• Assignability. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Voltrig’s prior written consent; Voltrig may assign it freely.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Voltrig regarding the Game and supersedes all prior understandings.
• No Waiver. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wrocław, Poland, except where consumer‑protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have additional mandatory rights to bring proceedings in your local court and under your local consumer law.
