This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you (whether a natural person or legal entity) ("Licensee") and the owner and distributor of the Legends Resurrected Online software ] ("Software").
By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
Use License
License Grant: Licensor grants Licensee a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Permitted Use: Licensee may install and use the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions: Licensee may not sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Software.
Ownership and Copyright
Ownership: The Software is the exclusive property of Licensor and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
Trademarks: All trademarks, logos and product names associated with the Software are the property of Licensor.
Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event will the Licensor be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Termination
This Agreement will become effective upon your installation or use of the Software and will remain in effect until terminated by you or Licensor. Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies in its possession.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensor and Licensee with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
