End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement is entered into by and between the individual who downloads, installs, or uses the game Pharmacy Simulator developed by ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT, and ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT.
1. Grant of License
1.1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial license to use the Game.
1.2. The User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. The Game and its contents are the property of ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.
2.2. All content within the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and audio files, is owned by ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
3. Drugs and Active Ingredients
3.1. The drug names used within the Game are fictitious and are not related to any real drug or brand.
3.2. The active ingredients mentioned within the Game are real pharmaceutical components; however, the User should utilize this information solely for entertainment purposes.
3.3. The information provided within the Game does not constitute real medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Drug Creation Feature
4.1. The drug creation feature within the Game is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used for real-life drug manufacturing.
4.2. ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT shall not be held liable for any misuse or misinformation resulting from the use of this feature.
5. Limitations
5.1. The User shall not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
5.2. The User shall not use the Game for any illegal purposes or in any manner that violates this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.2. ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
7. Termination
7.1. ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the User breaches any provision of this Agreement.
7.2. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from their devices.
8. Amendments
8.1. ALTAI ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time.
8.2. The User is responsible for reviewing any changes to the Agreement. Continued use of the Game following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul.
