END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Effective Date: 22nd May 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Conflict Studios Ltd ("Licensor," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your use of the CrimeBloc game ("Game").
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.
2. Restrictions
You shall not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game;
Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game to any third party;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels;
Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. User Conduct
You agree to abide by the Rules of Gameplay available at https://crimebloc.com/rog.php and any other guidelines or policies issued by the Licensor. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Engaging in cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs;
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players;
Using offensive or inappropriate language;
Engaging in fraudulent activities.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Game.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Licensor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Game.
5. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you grant the Licensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Game. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
6. Updates and Modifications
The Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These updates may be necessary for continued use of the Game and may be automatically installed without prior notice.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete any copies in your possession.
8. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Licensor does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to the Agreement
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the Game's website. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
