# User License Agreement
**Touhou Danmaku Maze**
**Ice Fall Creative LLC**
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using "Touhou Danmaku Maze" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this User License Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game. In addition, this software is to be deleted until the Agreement is accepted.
## 2. License Grant
Ice Fall Creative LLC ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license allows you to install and play the Game on a single device owned or controlled by you.
## 3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game to third parties.
- Use the Game for any commercial purposes or in any manner not expressly authorized by Licensor.
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices from the Game.
## 4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Ice Fall Creative LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
## 5. Updates and Support
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at its discretion. Licensor is not obligated to provide any support for the Game.
## 6. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ice Fall Creative LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
## 8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
## 9. Amendments
Licensor reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
