This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is effective as of August 2023 for the game "The Fallen Kingdoms" developed by Bugra Ozden.
Please read this EULA carefully before using the Game. If you do not agree to this EULA, you must not install or use the Game.
1. License:
The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the Game. You may not use the Game for commercial purposes.
2. Intellectual Property Rights:
The Game and all associated intellectual property rights belong to the Licensor. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Licensor does not warrant that the Game is free from defects or errors. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Game.
4. Term and Termination:
This EULA will take effect when you start using the Game and will continue until terminated by you or the Licensor. The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time and for any reason.
5. Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or related to this EULA will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
6. General Provisions:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
