This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Yooreekaa ("Licensor") regarding your use of the software product Elasticritters! ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, copy, or use the Game.

Elasticritters! End User License Agreement

1. License Grant and Restrictions.
Yooreekaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of Elasticritters! for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any part of the Game; remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices; or use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Yooreekaa.

2. Ownership.
Elasticritters! and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to artwork, characters, code, music, storylines, and design elements, remain the exclusive property of Yooreekaa and its licensors. This Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Transfer of License.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Agreement to another individual provided that you permanently delete all copies of the Game in your possession and the recipient agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

4. Updates and Support.
Yooreekaa may, at its discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to Elasticritters!. All updates are subject to the terms of this Agreement. Yooreekaa is under no obligation to provide ongoing support, maintenance, or updates.

5. Termination.
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

6. Warranty Disclaimer.
Elasticritters! is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Game at your own risk. Yooreekaa provides no guarantees regarding the performance, quality, or reliability of the Game, and offers no replacement or repair services for physical or digital copies.

7. Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yooreekaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, Elasticritters!, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware damage, or business interruption. Yooreekaa’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game, if any.

8. Equitable Remedies.
You agree that unauthorized use of the Game would cause irreparable harm to Yooreekaa for which monetary damages would be insufficient, and Yooreekaa shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, without posting bond or security, in addition to all other available remedies.

9. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia for resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement.

10. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Yooreekaa regarding Elasticritters! and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
