End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Martin Fuernkranz ("Developer") for the use of the video game "NaturesAscendancy" ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. License Grant:
Developer grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions:
User shall not:
a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
b) Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer rights to the Game.
c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels from the Game.
3. Ownership:
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Game shall remain with the Developer. User acknowledges that the license granted herein does not provide User with any ownership rights to the Game.
4. Warranty Disclaimer:
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Developer does not warrant that the Game will meet User's requirements or that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability:
Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Game, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Termination:
This Agreement shall terminate automatically if User fails to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, User must destroy all copies of the Game in User's possession.
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Developer regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
By installing or using the Game, User acknowledges that User has read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
