END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and [Your Company Name] for the use of PALINGENESIS (A music Video Game created by John Paul Grigsby).
1. License Grant
John Paul Grigsby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. John Paul Grigsby disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall John Paul Grigsby be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Planet Earth.
By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
