Thank you for downloading PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark! This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark software ("Software"), which includes the game itself, its related content, and updates.

The author of PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software on a device owned by the user. The user is not authorized to:

• Copy, distribute, or modify the Software;
  
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software;
  
• Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices present in the Software;
  
• Use the Software for commercial purposes or for profit;
  
• Transmit the Software to third parties.

The Software and all its contents, including text, images, music, and videos, are the property of the author of PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark. The user does not acquire any ownership rights over the Software or its contents.

The author of PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark may release updates to the Software at their discretion, which may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements.

The author of PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the misuse of the Software or from causes beyond their reasonable control. The user acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Software is at their own risk and that the author has made every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and functionality of the product.

This EULA is governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy.

The author of PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Users are required to regularly review this EULA to stay informed of any changes. In the case of substantial changes, a notice will be provided via the Software or the Community Hub on Steam.

Use of the Software implies acceptance of this EULA. If the user does not accept this EULA, they are not authorized to use the Software.

The author of PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark does not directly collect or store personal data of users. Any personal data collected during the use of the Software is managed by the Steam platform. Users are encouraged to review Steam's privacy policy for more information on how their data is collected and used.

The Software is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
