End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Chimera Corp ("Company"), governing your use of the Trouble Makers software application ("Game" or "Software").
2. Acceptance
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
3. License Grant
Chimera Corp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a single account, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
a. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
b. Rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
5. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Chimera Corp.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
7. Updates and Patches
Chimera Corp may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game, which must be installed for continued use of the Game. You agree that Chimera Corp may install such updates, patches, or modifications automatically without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent from you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Game is with you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Chimera Corp be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Chimera Corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Chimera Corp with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
