End-User License Agreement (EULA) for ARBO Arena Tactics
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
License Grant: ReBlink ("Licensor") hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use ARBO Arena Tactics ("Software") solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.
Ownership and Intellectual Property: The Software, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights in the Software, and all copies thereof, are owned by or licensed to Licensor. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content other than as part of the Software. All rights in and to the Software are owned by the Licensor, and rights in the Software are licensed, not sold.
Restrictions: You may not modify, translate, rent, lease, loan, distribute, create derivative works of, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, or create derivative works based on the Software or any part thereof. You may not use the Software for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this EULA.
No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is," with all faults, defects, and errors, and without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or will operate without interruption.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
No Rights to Virtual Goods: You acknowledge that any and all virtual goods acquired in the Software, including but not limited to virtual currency, items, or services, are licensed, not sold. You do not acquire any ownership rights in any virtual goods within the Software, and all such rights are retained by the Licensor. Virtual goods have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or other items of monetary value from Licensor or any other party.
Amendments to this EULA: Licensor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted, the changes in any revised EULA by continuing to use the Software.
Governing Law: This EULA and the relationship between you and Licensor shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
