End User License Agreement (EULA)
Welcome to LittleWorld!
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and mitadream ("Company") regarding your use of the littleworld software, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software"). By installing, copying, downloading, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
1.1 Installation and Use: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single computer for your personal entertainment, information, education, or non-commercial purposes only.
1.2 Backup Copies: You may make copies of the Software for backup and archival purposes, provided that the original and each copy contain all the original Software's proprietary notices.
2. Restrictions
2.1 Distribution Prohibited: Without explicit written consent from the Company, you may not distribute, rent, lease, loan, sell, broadcast, lend, transmit, or otherwise transfer the Software in any commercial manner.
2.2 Modification Restrictions: You may not modify, translate, adapt, rent, lease, loan, resell for profit, distribute, network, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof.
2.3 Reverse Engineering: Except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
3. Ownership and Copyright
The Software is protected by copyright and international treaty provisions. The Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not transfer to you any ownership or proprietary rights in the Software.
4. Updates and Maintenance
The Company may from time to time provide updates or upgrades to the Software. These updates may be provided automatically or may be available for you to download. Such updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the Software and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, and completely new versions.
5. Privacy Policy
In using the Software, the Company may collect information about your use of the Software. The Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use the Software.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement (including any amendment to this Agreement) constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
