End-User License Agreement ("EULA") for ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you and ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO), the developer of the game "Monkey See, Monkey Doo, Monkey Kiss You". By installing or using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the game.
1. Grant of License. ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Ownership. The game, its source code, and all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated with the game are the sole and exclusive property of ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO).
3. Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, transfer, sublicense, or reverse engineer the game or any part thereof. You may not use the game for any commercial purpose without ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO)'s express written consent. You may not remove or alter any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary notices from the game.
4. Termination. This EULA automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately delete the game from your device and destroy any copies of the game in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty. The game is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO) does not warrant that the game will be error-free or that it will meet your requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability. ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the game, even if ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO) has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO) is located.
8. Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO) with respect to the game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO).
9. Amendment. ShangkoStudio (Shangko CO) may amend this EULA at any time by posting a revised version of the agreement on its website. Your continued use of the game after such amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement.
