End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Frostzone Entertainment. By using Card Engine, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. License Grant
Frostzone Entertainment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Card Engine to create cards for personal and commercial use. The software includes stock assets under the following licenses:

2.1 Standard License
You may use stock assets labeled as "Standard" in commercial projects. This is indicated within the software.

2.2 Personal License
You may only use stock assets labeled as "Personal" in non-commercial projects. This is indicated within the software.

3. Imported Images
The licenses mentioned in Section 2 (Standard License and Personal License) apply only to the stock assets included with the software.

4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Frostzone if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FROSTZONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FROSTZONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED.
