# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

## 1. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and CERBERUS LTD ("Company"), the developer and owner of the Strike Team Delta ("Game"). By installing and using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

## 2. LICENSE GRANT

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.

## 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, and software, are owned by the Company. Unauthorized use of the Game's intellectual property is prohibited.

## 4. TERMINATION

The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your devices.

## 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "as is" and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

## 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages, including loss of data or damage to your device, arising out of your use or inability to use the Game.

## 7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

By installing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
