This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Kreadigma ("Developer," "we," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the game Uncursed ("Software"), you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. License Grant
Kreadigma grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices. You may not distribute, sublicense, or rent the Software, or use the Software for any commercial purposes not expressly permitted by Kreadigma.

2. Modifications and User-Generated Content
You may create mods, custom content, or modifications for Uncursed ("Mods"), but all Mods are automatically considered the property of Kreadigma.

By submitting or sharing Mods, you grant Kreadigma a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify your Mods in connection with the game. This includes using Mods in future updates or promotional materials related to the game.

You acknowledge that any Mods you create do not grant you any ownership rights over the game or its content, including but not limited to its artwork, code, and audio.

3. Content Creation and Streaming
Streamers and content creators are permitted to use Uncursed in their videos, livestreams, or other monetized content as long as the Software is prominently featured.

You retain ownership of the videos or other content you create. However, you agree not to infringe upon Kreadigma's intellectual property rights associated with the game, including the music and other assets.

Kreadigma retains all rights to the music and audio assets in Uncursed. Content creators may use the game’s original music in monetized videos and streams solely where the Software is prominently featured for entertainment purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, livestreams and recorded gameplay videos.

You are prohibited from using, distributing, or modifying any game music, sounds, or audio assets outside the context of content that features Uncursed. Any separate commercialization, licensing, or selling of the music, whether in its original or modified form, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Kreadigma.

Content creators are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Age Restrictions
The rating of the game can be found on the Steam Store page and is intended for players with the same age or older. By agreeing to this Agreement, you affirm that you meet the age requirement for your region. If you are under the minimum age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Software.

5. Online Services, Account Termination, and Fair Play
If the Software includes online features, you agree to use these features only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with fair play. Kreadigma reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to online services if you violate this Agreement, including cheating or engaging in any behavior that negatively impacts other players.

Cheating, exploitation of bugs without reporting it to Kreadigma (developers), and the use of unauthorized third-party programs to alter the game may result in penalties, including bans from online play.

6. Refund and Chargeback Policy
You may request a refund in accordance with Steam's refund policy. Kreadigma reserves the right to deny refunds if the request is made after the allowable period or if the Software has been used in a manner that violates the terms of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Uncursed is provided "as-is," without any warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Kreadigma does not guarantee the performance of the Software and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Software, including data loss, system failures, or other unforeseen issues.

8. Updates and Patches
Kreadigma reserves the right to provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Software to improve its functionality, add new content, or maintain security. You agree that these updates may be applied automatically without additional consent and are necessary for continued access to the Software.

9. Third-Party Software
The Software may include third-party components that are governed by separate licenses. By using the Software, you agree to abide by any applicable third-party license terms.

10. Privacy and Data Collection
Kreadigma may collect certain data related to your use of the Software, including but not limited to performance data, crash reports, and user preferences. This data will be used in accordance with Kreadigma's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Termination
Kreadigma reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Budapest, Hungary.

By installing or using Uncursed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
