End-User License Agreement (EULA)

2.1. Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
2.2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
2.3. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
2.4. Use the Game for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to monetized streaming, without prior written consent from Aiocane.
2.5. Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game.
2.6. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright marks in the Game.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Aiocane or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. UPDATES AND PATCHES
Aiocane may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game to improve functionality or address issues. These updates may be automatically installed without prior notice, and you consent to such updates as part of your use of the Game.
5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
5.1. If the Game allows for user-generated content ("UGC"), you retain ownership of any UGC you create but grant Aiocane a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and distribute such UGC as part of the Game or for promotional purposes.
5.2. You warrant that your UGC does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, is not illegal, and does not violate this EULA.
6. PRIVACY
Your use of the Game is subject to Aiocane’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Game, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
7. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Aiocane may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiocane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Game, even if Aiocane has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
11. MISCELLANEOUS
