End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Reach The Beat
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Extend Entertainment ("Developer") regarding the use of the "Reach The Beat" game ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Game on your personal computer through Steam in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Steam's policies.
2. Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
Use the Game for any commercial purposes without permission from the Developer.
Modify, disclose, distribute, sell, rent, lease, transfer, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
3. Copyright and Ownership
The Game and all its components, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, software, soundtracks, are the property of the Developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is", without any warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
By using "Reach The Beat", you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Extend Entertainment and supersedes all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between you and the Extend Entertainment concerning the subject matter of this agreement.
