1. License
Echoes of Elpis grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions

a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or make the Game available to any third party.
b) Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Game.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Echoes of Elpis and all copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights therein are, as between you and Echoes of Elpis, the property of Echoes of Elpis. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content other than as part of the Game.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided to you "AS IS" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Echoes of Elpis, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and licensors, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Game.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Echoes of Elpis or its directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.

6. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

7. Amendment
Echoes of Elpis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time.
