USER AGREEMENT
This user agreement (hereinafter - Agreement) is a legal document that establishes your rights and obligations as a user of the computer game Meteorite Z: The Apocalypse (hereinafter - Computer Game), developed Alexander Prytkov and published Oleksandra Papadopoulos by (hereinafter - Owner). Please read its content carefully. By starting to use the Computer Game, you confirm your agreement with the terms of the Agreement without any restrictions.
1. DEFINITIONS
The following terms are used in this Agreement with the corresponding meanings:
1.1. Computer Game - a software product that represents a computer game, designed for installation, launch and use on a personal computer or another device compatible with the Steam platform, using the Steam software client.
1.2. The owner is an individual Alexander Prytkov the developer, who is the and individual Alexandra Papadopoulos the publisher of the Computer Game, are the owners of all exclusive rights to the Computer Game, including, but not limited to, rights to program code, graphic images, sound effects, music, texts, plot, characters, game mechanics and other elements of a Computer Game.
1.3. User - an individual, registered as a subscriber of the Steam service and having access to the Computer Game through their Steam account.
1.4. Party - the Owner or the User depending on the context.
1.5. License - a non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right of the User to use the Computer Game in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
1.6. Content - any material included in the Computer Game or related to it, such as graphic images, sound effects, music, texts, plot, characters, game mechanics and other elements of the Computer Game.
1.7. Services - any services provided by the Owner in connection with the Computer Game, such as technical support, updates, additions, modifications and others.
2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The subject of the Agreement is that the Owner grants the User a License to use the Computer Game in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, and the User accepts such a License and undertakes to comply with the terms of the Agreement.
