**END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)**
THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not permitted to install, copy, or use the Software.
1. **LICENSE:** The Software is licensed to you, not sold. This EULA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to use one copy of the Software for your personal commercial use on a single computer or gaming unit, unless otherwise specified in the Software documentation.
2. **OWNERSHIP:** All right, title, interest, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, and "applets" incorporated into the Software) are owned by Luminous Arts. The Software is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international copyright treaties and conventions, and other laws. All rights are reserved.
3. **TERMINATION:** This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
4. **NO WARRANTIES:** Luminous Arts expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. The Software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. **LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:** In no event shall Luminous Arts or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Luminous Arts has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
