This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and
<strong>Immersive Gamitronics Studios Pvt. Ltd.</strong> (“Gamitronics,” “Developer,” “We,” or “Us”),
together with its publishing partner <strong>Evolution Publishing Ltd</strong> (“Publisher”), governing your use of
the software title <strong>Darts VR2: Bullseye</strong> (“Game”), including all associated services, documentation, and updates.

<p>
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.<br>
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

<h2>1. License Grant</h2>
<p>
Gamitronics, in collaboration with its Publisher, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to install and use one copy of the Game on compatible hardware and platforms (including PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest, Rift S, and Steam VR)
that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, and in accordance with applicable platform terms.

<h2>2. Restrictions</h2>
<ul>
<li>Copy, modify, or distribute the Game except as permitted.</li>
<li>Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.</li>
<li>Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent.</li>
<li>Circumvent DRM, anti-cheat, or security systems.</li>
<li>Use cheats or automation for unfair advantage.</li>
<li>Use the Game unlawfully or abusively.</li>
</ul>

<h2>3. Online Features and Accounts</h2>
<p>
Online features require platform accounts (PlayStation Network, Meta, Steam, etc.). You are responsible for your account security.
Gamitronics and the Publisher do not host standalone player accounts.

<h2>4. User Conduct</h2>
<p>
You agree to behave respectfully. Harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or permanent bans.

<h2>5. Ownership</h2>

All rights, title, and interest in the Game are owned by or licensed to Gamitronics and/or its Publisher. This Agreement grants a license only.

<h2>6. Updates and Patches</h2>

Gamitronics and/or the Publisher may deploy updates or modifications, which may alter gameplay features.
