End User License Agreement (EULA) for Astro Looter
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and ActiDimension Technology Ltd. ("ActiDimension"), the developer and publisher of the video game titled "Astro Looter" ("Game"). By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
ActiDimension grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal computer. You may not use the Game for any other purpose, or in connection with any commercial endeavor, without the prior written consent of ActiDimension.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
ActiDimension retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights therein and thereto. This Agreement grants you no rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights in the Game.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly authorized by this Agreement;
b. Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Game;
c. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Game or any part thereof;
d. Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Game, including any copy thereof.
4. No Online Features or Data Collection
The Game does not include any online features or capabilities, nor does it collect any personal information from its users, except as may be automatically collected by third-party platforms such as Steam, over which ActiDimension has no control or liability.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Game and all copies thereof from your computer. The Agreement will also terminate immediately and automatically without any notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. ActiDimension disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will ActiDimension be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game, even if ActiDimension has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Game licensed hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
