# EURO3V3 — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

*Last updated: 23 August 2025*

> **Plain‑English summary:** You get a personal license to play Euro3v3. Don’t cheat, reverse‑engineer, or resell. We own the game; you own your creations but you give us permission to show them in/around the game. Online features can change. We may collect necessary data to run, secure, and improve the game (details in the Privacy Notice below).

---

## 1) Who we are

**Controller/Publisher:** **\[Maximilian Enders]**
Email for legal/contact: **\[[privacy@epochgamespalma.com](privacy@epochgamespalma.com)]**

## 2) License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and play Euro3v3 for personal entertainment. This license includes online play through our services and platforms we use (e.g., Steam).

## 3) Ownership

We (and our licensors) own the game, code, art, assets, trademarks, and all related IP. You don’t own the game, just the right to use it under this EULA. Virtual items and currency are licensed—not sold—and have no real‑world monetary value.

## 4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

* Cheat, exploit bugs, modify the client in a way that gives unfair advantage, or interfere with our servers.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code except where allowed by mandatory law.
* Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game or accounts.
* Use hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

## 5) Online services & changes

Online features, events, progression, and matchmaking depend on our servers and third‑party platforms. We can add, change, or remove features, or take servers offline (temporary or permanently). If we retire online services, the offline parts you already have may still work.

## 6) User‑generated content (UGC)

You keep rights in UGC you create (e.g., screenshots, streams, fan art). You give us a worldwide, free, irrevocable license to host, display, reproduce, and promote your UGC in connection with the game (including social media and store pages). Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to or that breaks this EULA/law.

## 7) Anti‑cheat & enforcement

We may use server‑side checks and client‑side measures to detect cheating or tampering. If we reasonably believe you cheat or breach this EULA, we may restrict features, suspend, or terminate access. We may share ban decisions with platform providers to protect the game and players.

## 8) Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback, you grant us a free, worldwide right to use them without obligation to you.

## 9) Third‑party services

The game may integrate third parties (e.g., **Steam/Valve**, **voice chat**, **anti‑cheat**, **analytics**). Those services have their own terms/policies. We’re not responsible for third‑party terms we don’t control.

## 10) Updates

We may patch, update, or require updates to continue playing. Updates can change system requirements and gameplay.

## 11) Health & safety

Take breaks. Online play can be intense. You are responsible for your hardware, connection, and any usage charges.

## 12) Termination

We can suspend or end this license if you seriously or repeatedly breach this EULA. You can stop using the game at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, UGC license, disclaimers, liability limits, law/venue) will survive termination.

## 13) Warranty disclaimer (to the extent allowed by law)

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected if you live in the EU/EEA/UK.

## 14) Limitation of liability (to the extent allowed by law)

We’re not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the game during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability we can’t exclude by law (e.g., fraud, death/personal injury from negligence).

## 15) Governing law & venue

If you live in the EU/EEA/UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply. Otherwise, this EULA is governed by the laws of **Spain**, and disputes are resolved by the courts of **\[Palma de Mallorca]**, Spain.

## 16) Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA. We’ll post the new version and the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
