1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing, accessing, or playing Sexmate (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

By accessing the Game, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 or accessing from a jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited, you must immediately cease using the Game.

4. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all content, graphics, music, code, and related materials, is owned by Siliconbrianza and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Game.

5. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the Game for any commercial purpose
Share, distribute, or upload the Game to unauthorized platforms
Extract, rip, or redistribute game assets (images, audio, video, text)

6. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or related systems
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software

7. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, patches, or support.

8. PRIVACY
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Game, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SILICONBRIANZA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Game
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any conduct or content of any third party
Any content obtained from the Game

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiliconBrianza from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this EULA or your use of the Game.

12. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

13. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Milan.

14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and SiliconBrianza regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
