END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on a PC platform via Steam.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold, to You. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game-including all intellectual property rights therein-are and shall remain the exclusive property of Dallience Studios.
3. DEFINITION OF ASSETS
Assets refer to all components and content included in or generated by the Game, including but not limited to: 3D models, 2D artwork, audio files, narrative elements, code, game data, and other original content.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not: modify, reverse engineer, extract, reuse, redistribute or repurpose any part of the Game or its Assets; or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. NO ONLINE FEATURES
This version of the Game does not include online connectivity or multiplayer functionality. No personal data is collected or transmitted through the Game.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate it if You breach any terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE,' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Dallience Studios be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Dallience Studios with respect to the Game.
CONSENT
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
