Shadow of Souls End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "You") and Sword Game Studio (hereinafter referred to as "We") regarding the use of the Shadow of Souls game software (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").

1. General Provisions

Before using the Game, you should carefully read all the contents of this Agreement.
Your use of the Game indicates your acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Content

We will provide related services for the Game, including but not limited to downloading, installing, running, and updating the Game.
We strive to ensure the stability and security of the Game, but we do not guarantee that the Game is completely free of errors or defects.

3. User Rights and Obligations

You have the right to use the Game legally in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. You agree not to engage in any illegal, irregular, or infringing activities using the Game, including but not limited to:
Using cheat programs or other illegal software to disrupt the normal operation of the Game;
Spreading pornographic, violent, or other information that violates public order and morals;
Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of other players in the Game.
You should play the Game moderately, control your gaming time reasonably, and avoid addiction affecting normal life and work. You shall be responsible for all consequences arising from addiction to the Game, including but not limited to impacts on physical health, social relationships, and academic or work performance.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the Game and its related content (including but not limited to game code, graphics, audio, video, etc.) belong to us. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the intellectual property of the Game in any way.
Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be subject to legal consequences, including but not limited to civil compensation and criminal liability.
5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Shadow of Souls is a single-player offline game, and we do not collect any personal information from you.

6. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or other issues in the Game caused by force majeure, third-party reasons, or your own reasons.
We are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by you in the Game due to interaction with other users.
7. Agreement Changes

We have the right to modify this Agreement according to the needs of business development. The modified Agreement will be announced or displayed in the Game. Your continued use of the Game indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you have the right to stop using the Game.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This software is protected by the United States Federal Copyright Law. In case of any dispute, the parties should resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute should be brought to the court with jurisdiction.

9. Other Terms

User Data Processing: We promise to respect users' personal privacy and will not collect any personal information. Information such as game saves and achievements within the game is only used to support the functionality of the game itself and will not be used for other purposes.
Effective Date of the Agreement: This Agreement becomes effective from the date you start using the Game and continues to be effective after you stop using the Game or the Agreement is terminated.
