// SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement describes the terms under which Xtreaming provides you access to an account to play the online character interpretation game "Soul Shifters." By creating an account or downloading the client software, you agree to the terms and conditions below and declare that you are of legal age in your country or have your parents' permission to play this game.
You agree that the use of the software is at your sole risk. We provide the software, the game, and all other services "as is." We disclaim all warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the continuous, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation of the software, the game, or your account.
We are not responsible for lost profits or special, incidental, or consequential damages arising or related to the game, including, but not limited to, loss of data, items, accounts, or characters due to errors, system downtime, or adjustments in gameplay. In the event of the complete termination of Soul Shifters services or any other Xtreaming service, Xtreaming is not obligated to any form of compensation, refund, or reimbursement of any payments outside the Soul Shifters payment and refund policy.
While playing "Soul Shifters", you must adhere to certain rules ("Soul Shifters Rules") stated on this page. If you violate any of these rules, your account may be suspended and/or removed entirely, and all other services terminated immediately.
Xtreaming has the right to modify the SERVICE AGREEMENT, SOUL SHFTERS RULES, PRIVACY POLICY and PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY at any time and also has the right to take appropriate actions to protect the integrity and the game's purposes, including temporarily restricting the access to accounts on a preventive basis with the sole purpose of investigating any suspicion of irregularity. Determining what is acceptable or not, depending on the context of the situation, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Xtreaming, so are the decisions of any restrictions to be applied to accounts. Xtreaming also reserves the right to restrict accounts without any compensation.
Xtreaming is not willing nor obligated to engage in dispute resolution outside of the court.

Soul Shifters is an online RPG game where players from all locations gather daily. To ensure the game is fun for everyone, Xtreaming expects all players to behave reasonably and respectfully.
Xtreaming reserves the right to interrupt destructive behavior in the game, on the official website, or in any other part of Xtreaming services. Such behaviors include but are not limited to the following offenses:
1. Names
Offensive Name
Names that are insulting, racist, sexually explicit, drug-related, hostile, or generally objectionable.
Prohibited Advertising Name
Names that promote third-party brands, products, or services, unrelated game content, or real-money transactions.
Inappropriate Name
Names expressing religious or political views.
Rules Violation Support Name
Names supporting, inciting, advertising, or implying a violation of Soul Shifters Rules.
2. Statements
Offensive Statement
Insults, racism, sexuality, drug-related harassment, or generally objectionable statements.
Spam
Excessively repeated identical statements, similar statements, or using poorly formatted or nonsensical text.
Prohibited Advertising
Advertising third-party brands, products, or services, unrelated game content, or real-money trading.
Inciting Rules Violation
Statements supporting, inciting, advertising, or implying a violation of Soul Shifters Rules.
Toxic Behavior and Disturbance
Provocation in-game or personally on a recurring basis, causing discomfort, turmoil, discord, or disorder in the community.
3. Cheating
Exploiting Bugs/Errors
Exploiting obvious game errors or any other part of Xtreaming services.
Functionality Abuse
Exploiting features to damage/harm the game, server, or even other players.
Unofficial Software Usage
Altering or manipulating the official client program or using additional software to play the game.
Automating Gameplay
Leaving the character attacking, collecting, or any other automated action without player supervision, even without the use of unofficial software (Bots, Macros, etc.).
4. Xtreaming
Pretending to be Xtreaming
Pretending to be a representative of Xtreaming or having its legitimacy or powers.
Defamation or Stirring Against Xtreaming
Clearly posting false information about or initiating/encouraging a boycott against Xtreaming or its services.
Providing False Information to Xtreaming
Intentionally providing false or misleading information to Xtreaming about rule violations, complaints, bug reports, or support requests.
5. Payments
Forging Payments
Forging a payment using illicit forms, fake receipts, or exploiting errors/bugs on the website.
Chargeback After Service Consumption
Initiating a chargeback (payment cancellation) without complying with the Soul Shifters payment and refund policy.
6. Legal Matters
Account Trading or Sharing
Offering account data to other players, accepting account data from other players, or allowing other players to use your account.
Hacking
Stealing other player's accounts or personal data.
Attacking Xtreaming Services
Attacking, disrupting, or damaging the operation of any Xtreaming server, the game, or any other part of Xtreaming services.
Violating Laws or Regulations
Violating any applicable law, Soul Shifters Service Agreement, or rights of third parties.
Violating or attempting to violate Soul Shifters Rules may lead to temporary suspension of characters and accounts. In severe cases, removal or modification of character skills, attributes, and possessions, as well as permanent removal of characters and total account suspension, without any compensation or refund, may be considered. The sanction is based on the severity of the rule violation and the player's history. It is determined at the sole discretion of Xtreaming and may be done without prior notice. Once any of the Soul Shifter rules are violated, the right to a refund or any compensation is immediately lost.
These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.

Xtreaming respects the privacy rights of all users and understands the importance of protecting stored personal data. Substantial organizational and technical measures have been taken to ensure the security of all collected personal data. This privacy policy explains in detail what information is collected and for what purposes it may be processed and used.
Xtreaming collects, processes, and uses personal data for the conclusion and execution of a user's service contract with Xtreaming. Personal data includes basic data, such as a user's name, address, and date of birth, as well as usage data, such as account name, password, and IP address.

Among other purposes, this data is used by Xtreaming for compiling anonymous statistical surveys about the use of its online services and for error analysis and optimization of its services.
Xtreaming uses, among other things, cookies to collect, process, and use usage data to enable account and personal settings management and the use of additional customized services.
Xtreaming collects, processes, and uses basic and usage data to the extent necessary in individual cases if it is necessary to disclose and interrupt fraudulent behavior or any other form of using Xtreaming services that violates legal regulations or the service contract. In particular, Xtreaming reserves the right to record, process, and use information such as the time and content of conversations and expressions of opinion occurring in its online services if there are complaints, reports, or other indications of behavior violating legal regulations or the service contract, such as severe insults of other users. This regulation extends to all parts of Xtreaming's online service, including but not limited to guild chats, private chats, and general messages.

Xtreaming collects, processes, and uses personal data to perform marketing actions, such as sending emails containing general information or promotional content, provided that the user agrees to receive such emails separately during the account creation process or over time by selecting the "Receive News" option on the account page. Each user can unsubscribe from receiving this type of information at any time. This can be done by unchecking the "Receive News" account option. Additionally, Xtreaming processes and uses personal data to compile anonymous statistical surveys for the purpose of improving its range of services.
Xtreaming displays character names for all visitors on all Xtreaming sites, as well as for all users in its online services in connection with certain activities of a user with the game, to allow other users to selectively contact that user. This occurs, for example, when the user has online characters, when they act as parts of character associations, or possibly when they are registered on high score lists. Additionally, Xtreaming generally makes character usage data available, such as the time of their most recent use or information about their death, to all visitors on all Xtreaming sites, as well as to all users of Xtreaming's online services. Xtreaming provides information, such as the record of rule violations or the list of lost characters, to other users, who have a supervisory role within the user community.
To the extent that data transfer to third parties is not explicitly allowed by law, Xtreaming:
- transfers personal data, as necessary, to law enforcement authorities and supervisory authorities to prevent dangers to national or public security, as well as for the repression of criminal offenses.
- transfers user names, addresses, and, to the extent necessary in individual cases, more personal data to partner companies, for example, for handling payment transactions or providing other services within the scope of user service according to Xtreaming. Third parties may possibly be based in countries outside Brazil, but they are obligated to protect personal data to the same extent as Xtreaming. Xtreaming will not, beyond the mentioned cases, transmit personal data to third parties, and only Xtreaming employees will have access to personal data to fulfill the specified tasks above.
Xtreaming may change this privacy policy at any time. Xtreaming will notify all users of changes by placing a prominent notice on the Soul Shifters website. The amended privacy policy will take effect 30 days after it has been officially announced. It will be fully applicable to any user who has not revoked their consent statement within that time period. All users are required to review this policy regularly to stay informed about any changes.
Users have the right to access their personal data being processed by Xtreaming, as well as the right to correct or delete this personal data. Additionally, they have the right to restrict processing. Users can exercise these rights by sending an email to us or opening a support ticket. // PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
You agree to make payment for the products and services contracted that are not available for free to access the paid services of Soul Shifters, as described on our website or, if available, through the application on your smartphone or tablet.
You must provide, maintain, and update true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by our registration processes. You may not impersonate another individual or interfere with their identity or affiliation with any individual or entity, including using another person's username, password, or other account information, as well as the name, likeness, voice, image, or photograph of another person. You must not provide false information about yourself, your parents, or guardians.
Right to change prices: Xtreaming reserves the right to change the prices published on the website and/or mobile or tablet applications at any time without prior notice.
Refund and return policy for each product:
- Gems: Will be refunded only when a refund is requested within 7 days of the purchase date, and only unused gems will be refunded, meaning unused gems must be returned in full for a refund.
- Purchased Items: Items purchased with gems or gems that have already been used will not be refunded in any case.
Refund requests must be made exclusively through the Feedback/Support area of Soul Shifters, opening a Help Request and specifying which products you want to refund.
The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase, within 30 (thirty) business days after the request. The actual receipt of the refund as credit depends on the policies of the administrator of the payment method used.
In the event of the complete shutdown of Soul Shifters services or any other Xtreaming service, Xtreaming or any of its representatives is not obligated to any form of compensation, refund, or reimbursement for any payments that fall outside the Soul Shifters payment and refund policy.
