I. INTRODUCTION

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Flagdashers ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of Flagdashers ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

II. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Game, including but not limited to all software, content, visual interfaces, interactive features, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Game ("Materials") are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.

IV. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Game, Company, or any other person.
Engage in cheating, hacking, botting, or any unauthorized use of third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game.
Exploit any bugs, errors, or design flaws to gain an unfair advantage.
Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
Upload, post, or distribute any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.

VIII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Company does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Game is free of viruses or other harmful components.

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.

X. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

XI. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We do not offer a dispute resolution process. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Game will be handled in accordance with Steam's dispute resolution process.

XII. CHANGES TO THIS EULA

Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated EULA on our website or through the Game. Your continued use of the Game after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
