Escape Island Game - End User License Agreement (EULA)
Please carefully read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") before purchasing or using the Escape Island game ("Game") developed by Fika Game Studio ("Developer").
1. Grant of License
Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the Game subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This license allows for the use of the Game by a single user for personal use and access to the game content.
2. Use Conditions
a. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. Use of the Game by individuals under 13 years of age without parental or guardian consent is prohibited.
b. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or otherwise altering the Game is prohibited.
c. Commercial use, rental, or distribution of the Game for profit is prohibited.
d. You must conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards regarding the Game's content.
e. If the Game includes multiplayer or online features, you must comply with the terms of service of the relevant platform when using these features.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. The Game and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights reserved.
b. All copyright rights to the Game's content are owned by Developer.
4. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is." Developer makes no warranties regarding the performance or availability of the Game. Developer shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Game.
5. Termination of License
Developer may terminate this license immediately upon breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game and cease using it.
6. General Provisions
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Developer and User.
b. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes between the parties shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
By purchasing or using the Escape Island game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement.
