[Shadows Unveiled: Agnes] - End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Nômade ("Developer") for the use of the computer game Shadows Unveiled: Agnes ("Game").
License to Use
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game, in whole or in part. You may not use the Game for illegal or harmful activities.
Intellectual Property
The Game and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Game are owned exclusively by the Developer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or meet your needs.
Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
Changes to the Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon being posted online.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.
