End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and 4entertainment for the use of the question and platform game ("Answer to Survive").

By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, copy, or use the Game.

License of Use:
a. The Developer grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Game on a single device or platform.
b. The User may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, copy, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Game, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Developer.

Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights related to the Game, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents, are the exclusive property of the Developer.
b. The User agrees not to infringe upon the Developer's intellectual property rights and not to use the name, logo, or other distinctive elements of the Game without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
b. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the Game.

Privacy and Data Protection:
a. The Developer may collect and process personal data of the User in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Game, the User accepts such collection and processing of data.

Term and Termination:
a. This EULA comes into effect upon installation or use of the Game and shall remain in effect until termination.
b. The Developer may terminate this EULA if the User breaches any of the established clauses. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in their possession.
