This end user license agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and us (Polygon Matter, https://polygonmatter.com/). If you do not agree with the EULA, do not use the Software.
The Software is licensed, not sold. You are granted one license to install and use the Software for your personal use. Additionally, friends and family members may use your installation of the Software. Do not distribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or transfer your rights to the Software without our explicit permission. You may show the Software to others, such as through recording videos and streaming, as long as you apply these terms.
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
