This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the studio “Le Kaki Rouge” (referred to as the “Licensor”) regarding the use of the video game “Multi Game Party” (referred to as “the Game”). By accepting this Agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Limited Rights: The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Personal Use: You may only use the Game for personal purposes. Any commercial use, distribution, or modification of the Game is strictly prohibited without the Licensor’s written consent.
Restrictions: You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Game beyond the limits allowed by this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property
Copyright: The Game and all associated elements (graphics, music, etc.) are protected by copyright laws. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices within the Game.
Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and names associated with the Game are the property of the Licensor. You may not use them without prior authorization.
The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time in case of a violation of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
