END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
[Who am "you"?]
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Team [Nugusijo], Seoul, the Republic of Korea ("Licensor"), and the end-user ("Licensee").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software titled [Who am "you"?] (the "Game").
2. PERMITTED USE
Licensee may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Licensee agrees to use the Game in compliance with all applicable laws and not to infringe on the rights of others. Licensee will be responsible for any damages resulting from a violation of this Agreement.
5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Licensor may provide updates at its discretion. Support may be provided according to Licensor's policies.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated by Licensor if Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Game.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization], and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By using the Game, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

권리를 침해하지 않도록 게임을 사용해야 합니다. 라이선시는 본 계약을 위반한 경우 발생하는 모든 손해에 대한 책임을 집니다.
5. 업데이트 및 지원
라이선서는 자체 정책에 따라 업데이트를 제공할 수 있습니다. 지원은 라이선서의 정책에 따라 제공됩니다.
6. 해지
이 계약은 라이선시가 어떠한 조건도 위반하는 경우 라이선서가 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 라이선시는 즉시 게임 사용을 중지해야 합니다.
7. 책임 제한
라이선서는 게임 사용 또는 불가능으로 인한 간접적, 결과적 또는 우발적인 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
8. 분쟁 해결
이 계약에 따른 분쟁은 대한민국 법률 규정에 따라 중재됩니다. 중재상 결정에 대한 판결은 그에 대한 관할권이 있는 재판소에서 집행될 수 있습니다.
9. 관할법
이 계약은 대한민국의 법률에 따라 해석되고 규율됩니다.
10. 기타
이 계약은 당사자 간의 전체 합의를 구성하며 이전의 어떠한 계약보다 우선합니다. 어떠한 규정이 무효로 판명되더라도 나머지 규정은 완전한 효력을 유지합니다.
11. 수락
게임 사용은 본 계약의 조건에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
