End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Inugami Studio for the use of the ESTEEM video game software. By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Grant of License
1.1. The Company grants to the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on personal devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
1.2. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to the User remain with the Company.
2. Usage Restrictions
2.1. The User may not:
(a) Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise transfer the Software;
(b) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by law;
(c) Use the Software for any commercial purpose without the written permission of the Company;
(d) Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices in the Software.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in and to the Software belong to the Company or its licensors.
3.2. This EULA does not grant the User any rights to trademarks or other elements of the Software, other than those expressly stated.
4. Updates and Modifications
4.1. The Company may provide updates or modifications to the Software. Such updates are subject to the terms of this EULA, unless accompanied by new terms.
5. Limitation of Warranty
5.1. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5.2. The Company does not warrant that the Software will operate without interruptions or errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
6.2. The Company's total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Software.
7. Termination
7.1. This EULA remains in effect until terminated. The Company may terminate this EULA immediately if the User violates any terms hereof.
7.2. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
8. General Provisions
8.1. This EULA is governed by the laws of Brazil.
8.2. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company in relation to the Software.
