This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Creye Games, the developer and publisher of the video game software product named Park Studio ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT:
Creye Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to sublicense or distribute the Software.
2. RESTRICTIONS:
a. You may not modify, adapt, translate, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
b. Unauthorized distribution, copying, modification, or addition of game assets, including but not limited to graphics, audio, or game data files, is strictly prohibited.
c. Adding files, modding, or attempting to alter the game experience in any way not expressly authorized by Creye Games is forbidden.
3. OWNERSHIP:
The Software, including all content provided within the game, is the intellectual property of Creye Games and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Creye Games retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software.
4. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER:
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Creye Games does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. TERMINATION:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Creye Games reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
6. UPDATES AND SUPPORT:
Creye Games may provide updates and support at its discretion. The availability and nature of updates and support may vary.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are responsible for any actions taken under your user account and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Software.
8. CONTENT ADDITIONS:
If you wish to propose or add content to the game, please contact Creye Games for consideration.
