END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Team OKINA Ltd. ("Developer") for the use of the PC game "DOKODA" ("Game").
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Developer grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for personal or internal business purposes. This license is effective as of June 28, 2024.
2. Restrictions
User may not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game;
b. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the Game;
c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
Developer does not collect personal information from Users. Developer does not send emails or newsletters to Users. Developer does not utilize digital analytics software for tracking purposes.
4. User Interaction and Purchases
The Game does not allow Users to interact or exchange content with other Users through voice communication, text, sharing images, or audio. The Game does not support the purchase of digital goods.
5. Third-Party Content and Advertising
The Game does not display, include, or make available third-party content. The Game does not show advertisements.
6. Age Requirement
The Game is family-friendly and is suitable for Users under the age of 13.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
By using the Game, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If User does not agree to these terms and conditions, User may not use the Game.
