Be Silent was made by us, NitratEntertainment, and belongs only to us.
With one purchase of this product you have the rights to:
- own one copy of this product
- personally play/use this product
You are not allowed to pretend that the game or the artwork from this game was made by you.
If you have pirated or hacked the game, you do not have the rights to own/use/play the game.
1.2 Rules
There are a few rules what you can and cannot do with this product. These will be described later in this document.
1.3 Bugs
Keep in mind that this is still an early access (not finished) game. There is a possibility that bugs or mistakes in the code may appear. Unfortunatly we cannot help you if this interfers your experience with the game.
However you can help by reporting these bugs to us, either on our social media, our support e-mail or on the steam forum.

1.5 Singleplayer
This is a single-player game, which was originally made to be played alone. There is no multi-player planned in the future.
2. General:
2.1 Age
You have to be at least 16 years old to use/access our services. If you are below 18 years old, please ask your parents/legal guardians for permission to play/use this product.
2.2 Early Access
As mentioned earlier, this is an early access game.
This means that the content of this game could and will change in the future. In the current version only about 1/3rd of the final version is contained.
There will be no price change at the point of the final release.
On the other side early access also means, like described in 1.3, that this version could contain some errors. We do our best to make the game as good as possible, but we cannot guarantee a flawless experience. If you get interrupted by an error, we do not owe you a refund. You can only get one in the timespan that steam provides for refunds.
2.3 Changes of EULA
We may update this document in the future. Small changes will probably not affect you. If the changes are bigger, we will make an update post, so you will definitly get notified.
2.4 Sequels
If new chapters of Be Silent come out, e.g. Be Silent 2, and you have bought this game, you do not automatically have the rights to own/play this sequel.
3. Commercial use of Be Silent:
3.1 Videos or posts
You can use Be Silent for your posts or videos as long as you link the game somewhere on your post, where people can see and click on it to get to a site where Be Silent can be bought (Steam or itch.io), it is not for a bad/illegal purpose and there is some form of creative content by you, the creator, promoting this application. You are also allowed to monetize this content, however you are responsible for all of this.
3.2 Sale
You are not allowed to sell this product or a copy of it, Steam keys for this product, art or designs or code from this product.
4. Rules
4.1 Source code
If you are somehow able to access the source code of the game, you are not allowed to change it to your advantage or for evil/illegal purposes. If you change the source code in any other way, it is your responsibility.
4.2 Modding
You are allowed to create mods for Be Silent and upload them to the public, but you are not allowed to sell these mods. If you make any money by selling these mods you are breaking the rules of the agreement and are no longer allowed to play/use/own this product.
Also when you download mods for Be Silent from the internet, be careful not to get hacked.
However you are responsible for modding and using mods. We do not account for any damage that is caused to the product by the use or creation of external modifications.
4.3 Cheating/Hacking
Cheating/Hacking is not allowed. If you do so either way, you break the agreement and are no longer allowed to use/play/own this product.
4.4 Use
You have the right to use/play the game personally. All rights are reserved to us. We just give you the right/possibility to play the game.
4.5 Harassment
You are not allowed to post sexist, racist, discriminating, harassing, abusive, offensive, pornographic or illegal content on any online platform or post that is connected to this game, in any forum, Youtube-channel etc.
5. Suggestions
5.1
Any suggestions or tips regarding Be Silent are very welcome, be aware of the possibility to contact us via Forums, Youtube, Twitter/X, E-Mail
6. Liability
6.1 Damage
We are responsible for physical/psychological injuries or other damage caused by this product, however we will only be liable for the amount you have paid for our game Be Silent. If you contact us (besilent.help@gmail.com) and can show proof that this game is the cause of the injury/damage, we will refund you the amount you paid for the game.
If you use this product commercially, everything is your responsibility and we do not account for any business-loss or other loss of profit.
If there are any legal problems you can contact us also (besilentreal@gmail.com). Because NitratEntertainment is based in Germany, all legal battles will be fought here under german jurisdiction.
7. Miscellaneous:
7.1 Legal Enforcement
If any part of these Terms is found not to be legally enforceable, this will not affect any other part of it.
7.2 Rule Break
If you break any of these rules, we have the rights to take away your access to our game. We will do anything to protect our product and other services.
