END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)SECLUSION – Forgeworks StudioLast Updated: February 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Forgeworks Studio, a company based in France, governing your use of the video game SECLUSION ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Forgeworks Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, story, and design) are owned by Forgeworks Studio. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game or any part thereof.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission from Forgeworks Studio.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows for the creation of user-generated content ("UGC"), you retain ownership of any UGC you create, but grant Forgeworks Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, distribute, and display your UGC within the Game or in promotional materials.
5. PRIVACY
Forgeworks Studio may collect and process certain data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the official website or within the Game.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Forgeworks Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forgeworks Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

By installing or using SECLUSION, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
