Relic Game End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: February 1, 2024 PST
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Tundras Interactive, a subsidiary of Tundras.gg ("Developer/Publisher") for the game "Relic."
1. License Grant:
Developer/Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Relic game software ("Software") solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions:
You shall not:
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included in the Software.
Share, distribute, or sublicense the Software to any third party without prior written consent from Developer/Publisher.
3. Intellectual Property:
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain with Developer/Publisher. Relic is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
4. Limited Warranty:
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Developer/Publisher does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Developer/Publisher be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Source and Anti-Exploit Policy:
Relic is a closed-source game, and by nature, its source files or code should not be exposed to the public. If Developer/Publisher finds that you have exposed (or "leaked") this sensitive, private information about the game, we will take appropriate actions, including legal recourse. Cheating or exploiting the game in any way is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. Developer/Publisher may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
